3. Sizes and Measurements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and selecting the correct size before placing an order. Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances, fabric type, product design, or manual measurement.

Fit Fashion International is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer. Eligible items may still be returned or exchanged according to our return policy.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer when the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Where permitted by law, Fit Fashion International is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customers should contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customized, personalized, team, or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.

11. Thirty-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
  • Original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must remain attached or included;
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided;
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery; and

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

12. Non-Returnable Products

13. Return Shipping and Refunds

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving names, numbers, logos, colours, sizes, spelling, artwork, and other customization details before production. We are not responsible for errors included in customer-approved designs or information.

Minor variations in colour, placement, measurements, stitching, printing, or finishing may occur during production and will not necessarily be considered defects.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes:

  • Must be used before their stated expiry date;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • May be limited to selected products or customers;
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted;
  • May exclude shipping, taxes, customized items, or sale products; and
  • May be cancelled where misuse, fraud, or a technical error is identified.
