Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, reception areas, and the local courier before contacting us. Return and Refund Policy
At Fit Fashion International, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:- Be returned within 30 days of delivery;
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- Have all original tags and labels attached;
- Be returned in its original packaging; and
- Include valid proof of purchase or the order number.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot normally be returned:- Customized, personalized, printed, or embroidered products;
- Made-to-order or altered items;
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable;
- Gift cards;
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used;
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or incorrect washing; and
- Products returned after the 30-day return period.
